  • As birth proof for passport any of the document is required

  • Transfer Certificate issued by the Ministry of education or by a recognized education board.

  • Proof of the service record of the applicant in case of the Government servant, which is duly attested/ certified by the officer Incharge of the concerned Ministry.

  • Copy of the aadhar card issued by the central government of India.

  • Photo Id card of Election issued by the election commission of India.

  • PAN card of the applicant issued by the Income Tax Department.

  • Driving license of the applicant issued by the Transport Department of the concerned state.

  • The confirmation letter/ declaration letter from the head of the child care/ orphanage to confirm the Date of birth of the applicant.

  • Water bill attested by the head of the electricity department.

  • Declaration proof from the employer of a reputed registered company.

  • Copy of the passbook of the running account of the applicant.

  • Matriculation or higher education passing certificate issued by the Ministry of education.

Types of Passport

Blue Passport - Regular and Tatkaal
